❌ Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid orders are eligible for cancellation only before the order is dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cancellation.
🔄 Return Policy
- Products can be returned only if they meet our return criteria.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be in resalable condition.
- Products that do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted.
💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
- After verification, we will arrange a return or replacement as applicable.
